The recipient of the service and name listed on the client booking form
The contract that exists between the client and SAY Photographic (otherwise referred to as Sarah Travers-Clark) for the agreed fee
The amount payable by the client to the Photographer for the services listed on the wedding photography invoice
Relates in principle to the date whereby the event (i.e the wedding) takes place.
Additional members of the wedding party
If you are provided with a quote by SAY Photographic, this will be valid for 5 days from the date of quotation. Dates will not be kept on hold and are only secured when the retainer payment is received and wedding photography contract signed.
SAY Photographic reserves the rights to provide competitive pricing, which is subject to revision.
The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable retainer payment to the Photographer. The retainer is 20% of the quotation/invoice – this is required to secure the event. The event will not be secured until the initial retainer is paid and contract is signed by both parties. By signing the contract, the client agrees to the terms and conditions which are available on the company website.
OTHER PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES:
A 20% non-refundable retainer of the quotation will be required to secure the booking of a session. The retainer will be deducted from the outstanding balance. Balance respectfully asked to be cleared 1 week before the shoot date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer as per the invoice; cheques will not be accepted. With Wedding Photography Packages, the final balance is to be paid in full by the client (3) three weeks before the event. Failure to pay the fee within the stated time will result in the event being cancelled by the photographer.
Invoice hold a standard 30 days terms. Any late payments may incur a late payment fee of 8%
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT:
The client shall inform the Photographer of any issues that may affect or restrict photography.
The Photographer reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the wedding party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.
At any point, the client can cancel the event by informing the Photographer in writing.
The Photographer will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until the point of cancellation.
Wedding day bookings cancelled within six weeks of the date will incur the following cancellation fee:
four to six weeks: 50% of the outstanding balance
two to four weeks notice: 75% of the outstanding balance
two weeks or less notice: 100% of the outstanding balance
If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the Photographer, every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, however, no compensation will be offered on the Photographers part.
The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.
The client agrees that the Photographer may use any photography for publicity purposes, which include, but are not limited to the Photographers website and social media pages. All Photography will be seen by the client(s) first.
The client will cover any necessary travel expenses beyond 20 miles of Bath.
This is to include, should it be required, congestion and parking charges. For destination weddings, airport transfers both in the UK and abroad, flights and accommodation with breakfast should all be provided.

The data you provide is controlled by the Data Controller Sarah Travers-Clark of sayphotographyuk.com. Employees of sayphotographyuk.com are only permitted to access data during the course of communications with me.
WHAT DO I COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?
When you choose to contact me I require your name, email address and telephone number. This information is used to contact you with a quote. When you choose to contact me through a web form, I need your name and email address. This information is used to contact you if I need to respond to your question.
WHAT DATA DO I KEEP, FOR HOW LONG AND HOW IS IT STORED?
I retain all information provided to me during the course of a booking and leading up to the wedding date. It is stored either on my company mobile in contacts or on printed paperwork in my office filing. I store information for 2 months post-wedding so that I can communicate on delivery etc. After which I remove all contact information.
HOW DO I PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
I take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is stored safely on my servers. In accordance with UK Data Protection legislation, I follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide to prevent unauthorised access.
DISCLOSE OF INFORMATION TO 3RD PARTIES
I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. I do however capture cookie information and analytical data which is shared with Google Analytics.
